E. Kolesnikov was born on February 25, 1988 in the city of Novosibirsk.

His experience in managing the large-scale and complex projects in the mining industry and geology consulting has made it possible for him to efficiently manage the GeoSolutions Company. 

In 2010, E. Kolesnikov graduated from UrFU (Urals Federal Institute named after B.N. Yeltsyn, the first President of the Russian Federation), and got a degree in International Economics. In 2013 E. Kolesnikov graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and State Services and got a master’s degree in Management. Starting from 2013, he was working as a manger in Interminerals Management, LLC (a managing company of Zoloto Kamchatki PJSC (Gold of Kamchatka, a Renova subsidiary), then he was working in the project manager's capacity in the Business Development and Project Financing Department. He was responsible for procurement of the process equipment and machinery for the Ametistovoye Mining and Processing Works, for selection of construction subcontractors to be engaged in construction of the Ametistovoye mine facilities, was managing the development and control of engineering and detail design documentation. 

E. Kolesnikov was involved in setting up the GeoSolutions company. From the time, the company was set up, he has been working in the capacity of the First Deputy Director General. He is responsible for operations control, for projects management and for GeoSolutions development. E. Kolesnikov is in charge of the corporate development and external relations of the Company. E. Kolesnikov leads the biggest GeoSolutions' projects.

К. Bushuev was born on July 19, 1985 in Moscow.

He added to the GeoSOlutions team his huge experience in strategic planning and development of geological prospecting and mining companies, in investment planning, in financial analysis and business evaluation. 

In 2008 he graduated from Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman and was qualified as an engineer in Robotics Technology and Integrated Automation - Load Lifting Equipment and Logistics. In 2012, К. Bushuev graduated from the High School of Economics (Moscow) and was qualified as an economist in Finances and Crediting - Financial Management. For more than five years he was working for the Renova Group of Companies (Renova Management AG and Interminerals Management, a managing company of Zoloto of Kamchatka), where he started as a Lead Expert and grew up to the Head of Investments Department. К. Bushuev was responsible for strategic planning, for supervision of investment programs for the subsidiaries. He was also responsible for liaison with state funds, banks and investors with regard to attraction of the debt financing and equity financing. He was continuously involved in the business management, development and optimization. He joined GeoSolutions as the Deputy Director General for Investment Evaluation, when the company was set up, and since 2018 he has been working in the capacity of the Deputy Director General for Consulting. He is responsible for all the projects related to cost estimation and investment efficiency assessment for mining projects. К. Bushuev supervises projects requiring liaison with funds and banks and advises the GeoSolutions Clients on the strategy for delivery of geological prospecting and mining projects.

K. Rabadanov was born on November 25, 1984 in the city of Yessentuki.

His experience in the mining industry and in managing logistics projects in the most severe climate conditions of Russia has made him a unique expert capable to organize field prospecting of any scale in any areas of Russia. 

In 2008 he graduated from Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute named after S. Orjonikidze. and was awarded Mining Engineer qualification in Underground Mining of Deposits. 

From 2009 he was working as a manager in the Business Development Division of Zoloto Kamchatki (Gold of Kamchatka, a Renova subsidiary). He took an active part in engineering and in getting the project documentation and permits approved by the regulatory authorities. He was part of the engineering team of the Ametistovoye Mining and Processing Works construction project.

In 2011 he was appointed the Head of the Marketing and Procurement Department with Interminerals, LLC (managing company of Zoloto Kamchatki (Gold of Kamchatka), a Renova subsidiary). He was managing tendering activities, procurement of materials and equipment for the projects at the prospecting and mines construction stages.
He was providing support to a winter road construction for the Ametistovoye deposit and was responsible for cargo delivery (logistics): over land, by sea, including in the road off-loading and cargo delivery by MI-26 helicopters. 

In 2016 he joined the GeoSolutions team as the Deputy Director General for Geological Support. He is responsible for the following field activities: mobilization, compliance with work-time schedules, materials and equipment supply to the production sites, working environment, etс. He also ensures that proper interface is established between the Headquarters, production sites and Clients.

V.Zarubin was born on March 23, 1971 in the town of Bereznyaki, Perm Territory.

V.Zarubin has a vast and diverse piratical experience in geology. As the Deputy Chief Geologist of the GeoSolutions Company, he supervises geological modeling, leads the reserves estimation projects. He is an expert of the State Reserves Committee and a member of the Russian Association of Experts on Subsoil Use. 

In 1995 he graduated from the Geological Prospecting Faculty of Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute and was qualified as Geological Engineer in Geological Survey Prospecting. 

From 1995 to 2002 he was working for the Kavkazgeols’emka State-owned company (Caucasus Geological Surveying Company) initially as a Geologist and then as the Deputy Head of the survey team. He was responsible for field activities supervision in terms of organization and methodology. He was an author of the map sheet L-37-XIX, XXV (Taman), co-author of the state geological map sheet L-37-XXXIV (Tuapse).

From 2002 to 2006, V.Zarubin was working for Amakinskaya Geological Prospecting Party of the ALROSA company. As a Grade 1 geologist, he was engaged in field activities. He was in charge of the methodological aspect for the Syungyudinskaya area prospecting project. As a Lead Geologist of the survey team he was managing field activities, was responsible for the team's operations planning, for current reporting, and for final reports on the assets.  

From 2006 to 2008, V.Zarubin was working as a Category 1 geologist for the Mine named after A. Matrosov (Polus Zolota) and then as the Deputy Head of Geological Data Processing Department. He was engaged in data processing and documentation for the Natalkinskoye deposit Feasibility Study. V.Zarubin was in charge of reserves estimation for the Natalka deposit and then for the Degdekansky gold deposit. He was a head of the Office Study Team.

From 2008 to 2011, V.Zarubin was a lead expert with the Magadanskoye company (Polyus-Geologorazvedka asset managing company, Polyus OJSC). He was working as a geologist at a number of gold mines. He was managing field activities, was responsible for reporting, modeling and fast-track reserves estimation. He was an author of prospecting reports for the Tokichan and Chai-Yuria deposits, was preparing documentation for the Degdekansky gold deposit Feasibility Study.  

From 2012 to 2015, V.Zarubin was working for INFOPROF, LLC as a Project Manager. He was supervising the Udokan and Verhne-Menkeche projects. V.Zarubin was in charge of the Feasibility Study for the Verhne-Menkeche deposit mining parameters and reserves assessment. He was a sponsor of the project for alignment of the Udokan reserves and resources estimated by JORC with those estimated as per the Russian standards. He managed the project on the third-party assessment of all the Feasibility Study sections for mining parameters and reserves estimation, and supervised the preparation and regulatory approval of some methodological documents for the Udokan deposit.  

From 2015 to 2017 he occupied a position of the Lead Geologist and acting Chief Geologist with Rudnik Valunisty, LLC. He was responsible for the mineral reserves replacement, was involved in rapid evaluation of potentially prospective assets. He was in charge of geological modeling and reserves estimation. 

In 2017 he joined the GeoSolutions team as the Deputy Chief Geologist. He provides technical guidance for geological modeling, and manages the projects related to reserves estimation, and development of the programs for geological study of license blocks.

V.Chichev was born on January 1, 1955 in the Predgorny District of the Chechen-Ingoosh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

V.Chichev has many years' experience working as a geologist for big companies of the industry. His exceptional professionalism and vast geological experience help to assure the highest performance for the GeoSolutions' Clients.

In 1977 he graduated from North-Caucasus Mining and Metallurgy Institute and was awarded a qualification of Mining Geological Engineer.

From 1977 to 1988, V.Chichev was working for the North-Eastern mining / geological company, Maisky Geological Prospecting Party (renamed into North-Chukotka in 1986). He has worked his way from a geologist to the Chief Geologist of a big company. He was engaged in survey, estimation and geological prospecting, estimation of possible reserves and resources (gold, tin, and silver). 

From 1988 to 2000, V.Chichev was working for the North-Caucasus mining / geological company, Kabardino-Balkarian Geological Prospecting Party. As the Lead Geologist and later as the Chief Geologist of an exploration firm, he managed and was directly involved in survey and estimation of tungsten, gold, coal, construction (finishing) materials reserves. He was estimating possible reserves and resources and preparing documentation for regulatory approval by the State Reserves Committee.

From 2000 to 2004, V.Chichev was working as Deputy Director for Geology in Kabbalvodresursy (Water resources of Kabardino-Balkaria). The main activity of the Company included acquisition, processing and analysis of data on water and mineral resources of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. 

From 1993 to 2004, V.Chichev had contracts with different mining companies, provided geological consultancy for open-pit mines. 

From 2004 to 2012, he was working in the RiM PJSC (Polyus PJSC) initially as the Head of Geological Department, then as the Chief Geologist.  

V.Chichev was responsible for detailed appraisal of the Natalkinsky gold deposit, for reserves estimation and further regulatory approval by the State Reserves Committee. Hе was in charge of pilot operation of the deposit and in geological prospecting. V.Chichev was organizing geological prospecting of the area adjacent to Natalkinsky deposit (Omcharsky ore cluster), on the Degdekansky and Tokichansky ore fields. 

From 2012 to 2016, he was a sponsor of the Polus PJSC projects. V.Chichev provided technical guidance for look-ahead prospecting and mineralization control as part of the Natalkinsky deposit development. He was preparing materials for Feasibility Study of final mining parameters and reserves estimation for the Natalkinsky deposit, Degdekansky gold deposit (Verny section) and was engaged in regulatory approval of the documents by the State Reserves Committee.

In 2016, V.Chichev took up a position as Chief Geologist in the GeoSolutions Company. Since 2018 he has been the Lead Geologist. He manages a number of big projects of the Company.
